What is the return policy?
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. If your item arrives defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery at Petmaviestore@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect. Once the defect is confirmed, we will issue a full refund.
Can I cancel my order?
To request a cancellation, email petmaviestore@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. Cancellation is not guaranteed once processing has begun and is no longer possible after shipment. If cancellation is confirmed, we’ll refund your original payment method.
